Amethyst - Chapter Twenty-Two
As Buzz held the door to the conference room open, I turned back to Lisa, noticing that she had completely changed her outfit. She, like Mackenzie had of course ditched the signature Team Moon attire, and had replaced it with a flag-like shirt, with a thick pink stripe on the top, a thinner purple stripe in the middle, and a thicker blue stripe near the bottom. "I love your new top, Lisa!"
She smiled widely. "Thanks, Crystal helped me pick it. I got it from the Taldourse Limited Pride collection at Pollux!"
"It is, indeed, a lovely choice. It suits you well." Clyde interjected. "Crystal always did have amazing style."
As the four of us made our way into the conference room, I realised that there were already two people sitting at the round table. One was Mackenzie, rocking his new Gengar hoodie, and the other was a young woman in her mid twenties wearing a beautiful silk navy dress. Her hair was long, black and shiny, and her dark blue-and-gold headband matched her dress well. "Typical Clyde, always late!" She chuckled as she rose from her seat. Clyde blushed, running a hand through his pink hair. "I-I was having a catchup with our future champion here!" He stuttered. We all laughed at his obvious embarrassment.
"Let's get down to business, then." Buzz interjected as he sat down with a pen and paper in his hands.
I turned my head towards the mysterious woman, who Lisa wasted no time in sitting beside. "I don't believe we've met before."
"Oh, this is Chairwoman Crystal! My new idol!" Lisa said proudly, making the black-haired girl blush slightly.
"Clyde's girlfriend!" Mackenzie piped up, pointing in the direction of a now wide-eyed Clyde.
"She's not my girlfriend!" He protested, before covering his face with his hands. Lisa and Mackenzie exchanged a knowing side-eye; they could see through Clyde's real feelings.
"On a slightly more serious note..." Buzz interjected. "Another corrupted Pokemon was found in Acuada this morning."
The room fell silent upon his revelation. My heart began pounding in my chest. "What happened?!" I cried out, shuddering at the thought of someone tampering with Pokemon.
"Veronica and Austen were hanging out by the pool, and there was this pink Wailord laying on the sidelines."
"Pink? Wailords aren't pink!" Mack exclaimed.
"That's how we ascertained it had been corrupted." Crystal commented. "Its skill pooling was also odd. It had Calm Mind and Zen Headbutt in its move pool."
"Somebody's trying to turn it into a psychic Pokemon..." Lisa said. "That's what happened to that Aron back in Krodania. Somebody is trying to morph Pokemon into psychic types!"
"How is the Pokemon now?" I inquired.
"It's back at Professor Birch's lab, in recovery." Crystal continued. "Now, this is getting out of control. We need to act quickly to ensure that no other Pokemon fall victim to this... sorcery, whatever it is."
"So what's the plan?" I queried.
"We are expanding our search for Team Moon across the far reaches of Opaquia. Thanks to Buzz and Jordan, we now know which areas can be searched safely. So, Y/N, Lisa and Mackenzie, I'm sending you with Buzz up to the old Team Moon base to investigate. Meanwhile, the rest of the Elite Four and the Gym Leaders will continue on a hunt for more injured Pokemon."
****
"Isn't Crystal just absolutely amazing, Y/N?! I really want to be just like her someday," Lisa marvelled, as the three of us made our way through Grugar valley. My eyes fell on the cave that Danny had disappeared into after our argument.
"HELLO! I'm talking here!" Lisa waved her arm vigorously in my face in annoyance.
"Oh sorry... just had some stuff on my mind," I mumbled. "Yeah, Crystal seems really nice. She's obviously helped you."
"She has done a lot more than help me, she's inspired me!" Lisa beamed. "She called Maddie, and told her the situation, so Maddie came to the League to personally apologise to me, and she rescinded my ban from her gym."
"I'm really happy for you, Lisa," I smiled.
"But I've decided... not to continue with the gym challenge." She said abruptly.
I raised my eyebrows. "Why not?"
"Because Crystal has inspired me to go down a different path. I've realised that caring and nurturing Pokemon is just as important as battling with them, if not more so."
"Go on?" Mackenzie said eagerly.
"And that's why... I've decided to open a rescue centre to house corrupted Pokemon. The Elite Four have agreed to help me set it up!" Lisa announced proudly. Mackenzie and I smiled, proud that the once hapless girl was now finally finding her purpose in life.
As we were walking through the cave, Mackenzie was congratulating Lisa, and asking her a ton of questions about her new chosen career path, however, my attention quickly shifted to a very large, pink reptile-like Pokemon with wheels for feet in the distance. It was chomping down the remainder of a sandwich. I immediately stiffened as I recognised it.
Epsilon.
That could only mean one thing. Harp girl was nearby...
I was abruptly snapped out of my thoughts by Mackenzie. "Hey Y/N! Since you and me have all of our gym badges, let's do a final showdown to see who's the strongest once and for all!"
"Oh wow, I can't wait to see this!" Lisa clapped her hands excitedly.
"Challenge accepted!" I smirked, this was an opportunity to show Lisa how much stronger I'd grown since we had last seen one another.
Mackenzie reached for his partner Gengar's Pokeball, and I reached for Lily's ball.
You are challenged by Pokemon Trainer Mackenzie!

REVIEW
I loved this episode so much y'all. Seeing Claire again ππ AAHHHH!! The Parknik wedding :'DDD AAHHHHH!!! Hannah getting help :')) π₯°π₯°π₯Ί!! And everything else :')). It was such a great episode, a really good second to last episode <33. Setting up the ending and having enough drama but still managing to bring closure to everyone's storylines <33. I'm glad everyone's okay (ignoring the last two minutes) this time, but I can't really say that till after next time xd. If I get to lol. But yeah, amazing episode :'DD π₯°π₯°π₯°.
Anyway, I'm off to have my gay thoughts :'D. I'll see y'all soon <33.
Okay I'm back :)! I said a lot during the liveblog so I won't say as much here but! Time for the individual sections :)).
Dom and Charlie! I loved seeing Charlie and Claire interact :D. She's so sweet and good with people, and Charlie's just so open and sweet :'))). Aaahh, I love them so much :D. Also Dom AAATE UP that song at the end!!! LEFT NO CRUMBS!!! An icon, we love <333.
Jordan! Girl's shifty looks at Jared o.o. Also finding out that she's been texting Danny every day since Asher died πππππβ€οΈπ₯Ί. I'm not okay y'all <333. Anyway she also absolutely SLAYYYED that ending song, my gosh :O. An icon <3333. I hope everything works out with/for her :')) π₯°π₯°π₯°. I love her so much <33.
Jerome and Asher! YES I'm including Asher because he deserves it πππβ€οΈ. Glad we got to see Jerome this episode, even if just for a bit :'D. And glad he seemed to be doing okay <33. Gosh they (Jasher) really can't have a happy wedding lol, not even their own xdd π. Ignore me talking like he's still alive, he is to me <3. Anyway seeing a marriage got me a little sad about what was supposed to happen ππ (and the fact that not seeing a Jasher wedding was one of the things I thought of about losing TGD then. this π), but I'll live xdd. I can pretend after the show ends ππ x'd. I love them so much <3333 β€οΈβ€οΈπ₯°π₯°π₯°.
Shaun and Lea! I'm so glad they ended up supporting Glassman :'D. Though maybe the decision shouldn't quite have been "let's full on allow the drugs", but I'm glad that didn't end up happening xdd xD. Anyway AAHHHH SEEING THEM WITH CLAIRE WAS SOOO CUTE AND LOVELY :'DDDD. I love them so much guys ππππβ€οΈπ₯Ίπ₯Ίπ₯Ίπ₯°. Also seeing Claire with Steve was all I needed in my life :')). Anyway, I loved the moments they talked about Shaun's growth πππ₯Ίβ€οΈ. He really has grown and changed so much, while still being the same great person deep down :')). I'm so proud of him <3. And of Lea too :'DD, and their little family together <3. Glassman better be okay xd. I didn't originally mean it but he's part of their family and he better be fine πππ₯Ίβ€οΈ. Anyway, I love them so much <33.
Glassman! Y'alllll his storyline had me stressinggg ππππππ₯Ί. I'm SO glad it all ended up okay :')), and that Hannah agreed to get the help she needs <333. And AUOAGH that Shaun helped ππππ₯Ί. That moment with Glassman too was just amazing <33. ALTHOUGH GLASSMANNNN YOU BETTER BE FINE!!! YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME MAN πππππ. Now I guess we know why he didn't care about his job in the ethical concerns department xdd. Like losing it lol. Anyway, I love him so much <333. If this has to be goodbye, I hope it's a good one, because he deserves it <333.
Lim! I felt so bad for her this episodeeee :'(((. Girl's really feeling that nostalgia D': :'). I was so happy to see her and Claire together again though :'DD π₯°π₯°π₯°. I do think it would be wild and hilarious if they ended up together xD, but I don't think it'll happen lol. Anyway, I hope she stays, but more than anything - I hope she finds happiness <333. And I hope she snot afraid to hold onto it :')). I love her so much <333 β€οΈβ€οΈπβ€οΈ.
Claire and Jared! Y'ALLLL THEY'RE WILD WITH THIS ONE O.O. I'm happy both of them are happy, but it does kind of feel like they're just shoving them together for a picture perfect ending xD. But hey, if it's what the characters want, I'll be happy for them <3. Goodness knows they both deserve it :')). I really loved hearing about both their journeys though :'DD!! So great to remember :')) π₯°β€οΈ. AND CLAIRE GIRLLLL YOU BETTER BE OKAY O.O π€π€π€ππππ. My darling does not deserve to go out like Melendez (sorry my guy you know I love you xd) πππ₯Ίπ xd. Even if it would be matching/fitting lol. I just hope she's okay <3333. I love them so much :')) β€οΈ.
Alex and Morgan! AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I'm so happy for them :'DDD. And yes I used his first name lol - it's his wedding day he deserves it xd. WHOOOOOO THEY'RE MARRIED π₯³π₯³π₯³π₯³ππππππππ₯°π₯°β€οΈβ€οΈπ₯³β€οΈπ₯³π₯°πππππ₯³π₯°π₯°β€οΈβ€οΈππ₯³π₯³ππ!!!! I'm so proud of them for getting this far and I just hope it all goes well :'))). I'm glad they got to have the wedding they wanted :'DD x'D π₯°π₯°. Even at 2 am lol :')) (that's the reason for the x'D). I'm gonna miss these idiots so much <333. Once again, we saw their stories, and I just loved them :')). I love them so much <333.
Overall, I really loved this episode. It was so good!! And it went over everyone's storylines, especially the OGs, but it still felt natural. Like, I could tell they were doing it (some times more than others, some times more in character/fitting with the plot/moment than others), but each of them felt unique, not just the same rehashing tactic each time :'D. I noticed that while writing this review and really enjoyed it <33. I think everyone's getting really good endings (even if I'm still salty about Asher and forever will be - angry and sad, straight up, actually xdd). Also, the cases were really cool this episode :'D. Well, really, one was Claire, but you know lol. Anyway, it was a really great episode π₯°π₯°β€οΈ. I'm gonna miss this darn show so much :')). I'm not ready for them to leave me xdd ππ₯Ίπ₯Ίπβ€οΈ. Still, a great episode that everyone absolutely slayed in, characters and actors, no matter what they were doing :) <3. Also the unconditional love theme was just amazing ππβ€οΈ. So beautiful :') <333.
So yeah! I really enjoyed this episode, I thought it was amazing. The tension was real at parts, but it was still so so good. I'm so excited for the next, the last, episode! This has been my review of. . .
The Good Doctor, Season 7, Episode 9: Unconditional
It was so great! I'm not at all ready for this series to end, and I'm terrified for the next episode, but I'm so excited for it as well. Still sad though. I'll be back next week with my review of. . .
The Good Doctor, Season 7, Episode 10: Goodbye
See you next week!
#I'm so not ready for this show to end y'all πππ#but alas!! more feels tomorrow :'))#for now#let's enjoy this :') <333#the good doctor#tgd#oasis's tgd chatter#let's enjoy the last little bit of time we have together :'DD :') β€οΈβ€οΈπ₯°#though I will of course continue to be around after the show ends :'))#just. . . this final bit#I know there's not much of a fandom but thanks for sticking around me guys :'))#I really appreciate all of the likes and asks and even just reads <33#I love you all :'DD#now I'll see you guys tomorrow :')))!!! π₯°π₯°β€οΈπ₯Ίπβ€οΈ#I love you all :DDD β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ!!!!#byeeee :))) π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯° <333!!!!

We All Need The One Friend
Chapter 15
Sure, distance makes the heart grow fonder, but it also drives the brain aloof. Or so, that was Liv's take on her current situation. Almost four weeks went by since the big family dinner blowout where Billy and Jordan learned of Liv's drinking. Four weeks since her father's overwhelming disappointment swallowed Olivia whole with a growing fear of being sent away for help once more. Four weeks since her fear led to Liv, running away for help from the one person who she hadn't been in contact with for months -- her sponsor. And four weeks since Liv was giving a large wake-up call when she found her former sponsor behind bars for attempting to steal from her very own parents.
That night Olivia saw what could be her possible future if she didn't receive proper treatment while she still had the chance. Despite her fear of being sent away, she returned home after hours of dodging calls and texts from her loved ones. She walked into her home ready to accept the help, no matter the consequences. And perhaps that why fate played into her hands.
Fore when Olivia returned home, she found both her parents welcomed her with open arms, simply content that she was alright. Following the long night, Liv was surprised to find her family already with a suitable compromise. Instead of shipping her away, Billy and Laura decided upon an intensive program that allowed Liv to remain at home while she recovered.
Later into that evening, Spencer dropped by for what they both knew would be their last moment together for a long term. Acknowledging that they both had things to work on, they agreed to delay their romance until they were both in a good place to be together for real. They weren't breaking up or taking back the feelings they once declared. No, they were -- as Liv put it that night -- 'playing the long game'. Sealing their goodbye with a heartfelt kiss, they parted ways.
Focused on her recovery, Olivia found a new sponsor and confidant in Nurse Joy. Admitting her dependency upon Alcohol, and accepting responsibility for falling off the wagon, Olivia began her road to recovery. Meanwhile, Spencer centered his time on football and plotting his plan to bring Crenshaw a state championship.
Ignoring their constant desire to be together they cut off all physical communication, choosing to stick to the everyday messages to check in on one another. It wasn't until the night of Jordan's second concussion they were able to be in each other's arms.
Utilizing each other as helping shoulder through damaging announcement of Jordan's future in football, they found comfort in their buried affections. Having each other's back when Simone dropped the marriage reveal, Spencer and Liv supported each other when confronted by Billy and Laura.
The secret marriage only adding to Liv's troubled life as Laura grounded her into the next century for her deceit. Life toppled their trivial matter with the death of Tamika, shaking Olivia's inner social justice warrior to its full-frontal.
From leaking footage of Tamika's wrongful death to protesting for the indictment of the guilty officers, Liv found something bigger to be a part of. Her best intentions leading to backfire as Laura took the heat of alleged bigoted D.A. Learning to accept her mistakes, Liv tried to make the best of a complicated issue.
She and Kia's devotion to cause, sparking Spencer to follow suit, persuading his team to take a knee during their most important game. Inspiring by the Crenshaw team their opponents took a knee in protest. As a result of more football teams following Crenshaw's players in taking a knee, Crenshaw was granted another shot at the state championship.
Everything seemed to play into Liv and Spencer's hands, except the main thing they both desired since summer. It was all in a matter of timing, and they both couldn't help but anticipate when that moment would finally arrive.
So when they found themselves planning a surprise party in honor of Spencer's mom earning her college degree, the anticipation rose to a new peak.
"So no gouging out my eyes?" Liv playfully joked, allowing herself to make a joke of the foolish comments people were making about her online.
Spencer scoffed as if insulted. "What, those pretty eyes? You crazy." His eyes drifted from the direction of her eyes to her lips.
Olivia smiled softly as he quickly shifted back to their original conversation, unsure if now was the right time for them to share that type of moment. "You gon' help me fix this came or what?" He questioned with a crooked grin.
"Yes," Liv replied with a cheeky grin as she hopped from her seat, wondering how long he'd wait to make a move.
The next hour and a half flew by with them baking the cake while making basic small talk to catch up with one another. They discussed Liv's daily meeting with nurse joy and how her recovery was coming. Liv caught Spencer up on Jordan's everyday hobbies since his time away from football, while Spencer tried his best not to admit to Liv that he was aiding in Jordan's desire to return to football. Their topics switched until they circled back to Spencer's upcoming game against Westlake, and how Olivia punishment lifted just in time for her to come see him play.
"You'll be my personal cheering section." Spencer goofed as he iced the bare cake.
"Of course. I'll be decked in your jersey number and sporting Crenshaw colors all night." Liv giggled, imaging herself ornamented in Spencer James merchandising. "I'll be shouting the loudest. Go, Spencer! Kick some Westlake ass!" She shouted cheerfully, causing Spencer to chuckle.
"And what about I finish kicking Westlake's ass?" He wondered aloud. "Do I get a prize?" He inquired with a lifted brow.
"You'll have won the state championship for Crenshaw and saved your school. What more could I give you?" Liv snickered, sipping her lemonade.
"I can think of a few things." Spencer flirted causing Liv's cheeks to redden as she swallowed her refreshment.
The knocking of the front door interrupted their flustered juncture. "I'm should...um..you know..."
"Don't worry, I will still be here when you get back." He chuckled towards her rattled nature.
He frosted the cake as Liv dealt with a package delivery on behalf of the coach baker. Shortly after leaving the package in the living room, she rrutrned. Her reserved nature now contained after she took a moment to compose herself.
She returned to the kitchen with more pep in her step resolved with knowing that the moment she and Spencer both delayed was finally arriving, and all she had to do was lead it.
Eyeing Spencer with a twinkle in her eye she cheekily leaned over close to his direction, dipping her finger in the canned frosting. "Are you sure you know what you're doing?" She inquired sassily, catching his attention as she strutted a few feet around the counter.
"Girl, you know I got skills." He responded cockily, earning a snicker from Liv as she shut the refrigerator to from putting leftover baking ingredients.
"Hey, I was thinking that we should have that graduation won't playing at my mom's party," Spencer suggested, humming his ideal tune aloud.
Olivia listened to the tune with a puzzled expression. "Umm, that's the wedding song."
Spencer eyed her strangely, confused as to how he got the two melodies muddled.
Giving him a sympathetic grin, Liv rubbed his arm, comforting him. "Hmm, you'll get it." She laughed as Spencer twisted his face in slight embarrassment. "It's okay." She added jokingly.
Rolling his eyes, Spencer gestured down to the finished cake. "Well, what do you think?"
Liv analyzed the frosted cake, impressed by how well it came out. "It's good." She complimented with growing suspicion. "Like really good." She added, smirking at Spencer. "You've done this before, haven't you?"
"Maybe like once for my moms birthday..." He dragged out, sensing that his cover was blown as he smiled crookedly. "And maybe all of Dillion's birthdays." He admitted, redhandedly causing Olivia to laugh.
"Alright, you caught me." Spencer chuckled, then grew serious. "N'all but, I just wanted to get your mind off everything." He confessed wholeheartedly, hating the low amounts of times he witnessed a real smile from Liv over the last few weeks.
"You did," Olivia assured him, touched that Spencer went found the energy to help her through the day's mess, even though she was meant to be helping him today. "You made me feel a lot better." She added, wanting him to know that his intentions were highly effective.
Spencer simply nodded, content to help in any way he could.
Liv smiled thinking back to how their last few hours together reminded her of the summer they spent together. No matter if it dumb shows or extended time at the mall shopping, Spencer remained glue to her hip just to make Liv happy. If he noticed she was having a bad day, he'd make a stupid joke to make her laugh. When she felt alone and needed someone to talk to, Spencer spent hours on the phone with her. When she felt like crumbling, he was always the rock that steadily held her up.
"You've done that before too." Olivia slipped out, letting her affection take over. Her eyes darted to his with a knowing twinkle.
Spencer observed her stature, finding Olivia in control and sure of herself. She beamed gently with a slight tilt of her head as if waiting to see what he would do next. She wanted to know if he still wanted her, and this was her way of conveying her yearning for him. With an assured confirmation that she was ready, Spencer took this as his cue.
Without saying another word he walked towards Liv, ready to give in to their passions. His head tilted in the opposing direction of Liv's as they both leaned in to close the small space between them.
However, right when their lips were about to meet Spencer's phone buzzed. Spencer grunted under his breath, annoyed by the bad timing, but reached for his phone nonetheless. Liv sucked in a tight breath, frustrated by another halted moment.
Remaining with barely an inch separating them, Liv took matters into her own hands. Literally.
"Spence," Liv mumbled, topping the hand that held his phone with the palm of her hand to gain his attention. His phone continued to buzz, as Spencer gave Olivia his awareness. "Yeah."
"It'll still be there afterward." Liv sighed with an unsure smile, gently pulling his phone out of hand. Her finger dragged across the screen, rejecting the call. "But I'm right here. Right now." She remarked, locking eyes with him, lust emitting from her own. "And I don't know about you but I'm tired of waiting." She snickered sassily, earning a smirk from Spencer.
Liv eyes danced from Spencer's brown orbs, falling to his lips, then back to his eyes. Cupping his face, she brought his lips to hers for a kiss that was weeks in the making.

Beth and Daan were absolutely amazing today. Daan was managing that midfield like a boss. Beth was everywhere. Right wing, left wing, chasing)recovering balls, creating so many chances (that were somehow missed). Really sad that Beth only had one goal. And that absolutely shot that hit the post (that btw was Bristol beat friend today).
Really happy with Leo and Anna today. They don't have many chances to play, but i really enjoy their performances. Lotte was a little messy in the beginning of the first half, but after she became a f*cking wall.
Now Viv. I am sorry, but today she had so many chances to score and she missed the most. And i am not criticising this, because all players miss, but she had a few chances that she was just selfish. She could made the pass to either Beth/Jordan/Katie but instead she optioned to shot and missed a good chance for other people. This pisses me of because if it was other player (Beth/Daan) they would be murdered on social media. But because is Viv and because we won, no one is going to say nothing. And i'm not trying to shade Viv, because she is amazing, but this little moments of selfishness that happen every game are not criticised. However other players, that have good performances are blamed for even breathing sometimes.
I don't know about Viv today... Cause the only thing I really saw was Baggley was pulling off some great saves and that kept Viv out of the goal. (I think Viv has really started working a lot hard at recovery, and I actually now see her going after the ball.) still not 100% though, but better. And I can see how some chances looked a bit selfish, but I think it was also a bit of Sophie keeps saving my chances I'm going to keep trying, if that makes sense?
I do agree that if that was Daan or Beth it would be a different story, and they'd be dragged for missing though. That much is true.
We had a good start, a few players got a bit rocky for 30 minutes. (I won't list them for I don't get people coming for me π)
